Vyudu Skin is a brand owned and operated by Vyudu Inc. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, holidays, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may not begin processing until the following business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and our Selfnamed fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • United States (Standard): 5–10 business days
  • United States (Expedited): 2–5 business days (if available at checkout)
  • International: 7–21 business days depending on destination country

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Vyudu Inc is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs agencies, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method. Rates are subject to change. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the displayed shipping cost.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your confirmation.

5. International Shipping

We ship to many countries internationally. International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that may be assessed by their country's customs authority. These charges are entirely outside of Vyudu Inc's control and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout. Vyudu Inc is not responsible for delays resulting from customs processing.

Some countries may have restrictions on the import of certain cosmetic or skincare ingredients. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products they are ordering are permitted for import in their destination country. Vyudu Inc will not be liable for any orders confiscated or refused by customs.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. Vyudu Inc is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize your address is incorrect, contact us immediately at team@vyudu.com. We will attempt to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at the customer's expense.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Vyudu Inc is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received. Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, ownership and risk passes to the customer. If your package is lost in transit (i.e., tracking has not updated in an extended period), please contact us at team@vyudu.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and products immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at team@vyudu.com. We will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and work to make it right.

9. Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages, particularly if products are fulfilled from different locations or if one or more items are out of stock at the time of fulfillment. In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

10. Fulfillment Partner

Vyudu Skin products are fulfilled in partnership with Selfnamed, a third-party cosmetics-on-demand manufacturer. Selfnamed handles production and initial shipment of your order. Vyudu Inc retains full commercial and customer service responsibility for all orders.

11. Force Majeure

Vyudu Inc shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in shipment or delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, war, or government actions.
