Vyudu Skin is a brand owned and operated by Vyudu Inc, a company incorporated in the United States. These policies govern all purchases made through vyuduskin.com and any associated sales channels.
1. Overview
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.
2. Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging with all seals intact
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on any opened, used, or partially used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Gift cards and store credits
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Free promotional items or samples
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must contact us first. Do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
To request a return, email us at: team@vyudu.com with the following information:
- Your full name and order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide you with return instructions and, if approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns submitted without an RMA number will be refused.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Vyudu Inc is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Any return shipping fees paid by the customer will not be reimbursed unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at team@vyudu.com. We do not offer product-for-product exchanges for preference-related reasons (e.g., you changed your mind about a scent or product type).
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at team@vyudu.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund at our discretion.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Vyudu Inc is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and other household members
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- File a claim with the carrier directly
We will assist where we can, but we are not liable for carrier errors or theft after delivery confirmation.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at team@vyudu.com. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.
11. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card issuer. Vyudu Inc reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe is filed in bad faith, and to provide transaction evidence to the relevant financial institution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent bans from purchasing on our platform.
12. Limitation of Liability
Vyudu Inc's liability for any product purchased through Vyudu Skin shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the item. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
